AOP Pic Saint Loup - Rosé wine
Delicate and complex balance of fresh and spicy red fruit, Dame Jeanne Rosé marries the subtle, pleasant, peppery aromas of garrigue scrublands populated with holm oaks. Made from a marriage of the three essential Pic Saint Loup grape varieties – Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre - its attractive pink colour celebrates the perfumes, colours and beauty of our lands: as an aperitif or to accompany grills, prepared salads or little spicy dishes, enjoy this wine as you would a moment of sharing.

AGEING: Ideally drunk within two years
SOIL AND SUB-SOIL TYPE: Chalky-clay on marly sub-soils
AVERAGE AGE OF THE VINES: 20 years
HARVEST CONDITIONS: Mechanical, during the freshness of the dawn to protect against oxidation and avoid maceration
VINIFICATION / MATURING: Directly pressed, traditional vinifi cation with constant temperature control.
Mourvedre is vinifi ed separately.
