IGP Saint Guilhem le Désert - Val de Montferrand - White wine
Fresh and subtle, between roundness and vivacity, Dame Jeanne White marries pear, white fl owers and citrus aromas with pleasant, fresh notes. Made from a blend of chardonnay and viognier, its delicate colour celebrates the perfumes, colours and beauty of Pic Saint Loup: as an aperitif or to accompany pretty grilled fi sh (bar, red mullet…), or crustaceans (prawns, scallops…), soft-skinned cheeses and fruit desserts, enjoy this wine as you would a moment of sharing.

HARVEST CONDITIONS: Mechanical, during the freshness of the night to protect from maceration and oxidation, immediatly press, no pre-fermentation maceration
VINIFICATION / MATURING: Traditional, with constant temperature control, ageing for 3 months in tank, on the fi ne lees
